1.Description
Phytosterol is a steroid compound, refined from rice bran sterol. The main constituents include β-sitosterol (C29H50O, 414.69), stigmasterol (C29H48O, 412.70), campesterol （C28H48O, 400.66）and brassicasterol (C28H46O, 398.67). The β-sitosterol is the most common phytosterol. Phytosterol is a natural plant derived extract and nontoxic.
